1.Information We Collect

• Account Data: When you sign in via Google Authentication, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to establish and manage your account.
• Public Coach Profile Data: Coaches explicitly provide headlines, bio, sport specializations, pricing, and external links for public display on the platform.
• Media & Video Data: Video clips uploaded by trainees are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage. Videos, drawings, and feedback notes are private and accessible strictly by the uploading trainee and the assigned coach through temporary, time-limited playback links.
• Payment Data: Financial transactions and credit card details are processed directly and securely by Stripe Connect. LEER Sports LLC does not process, store, or have access to raw credit card details or government identification documents submitted during Stripe KYC verification.
• Technical & Usage Data: We collect anonymous performance metrics and aggregate web traffic analytics (e.g., page views, performance diagnostics via Vercel Analytics) to optimize user experience.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to deliver coaching services, facilitate secure payments via Stripe, maintain account authentication, and ensure platform safety and system integrity. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

3.Third-Party Service Providers

LEER Sports LLC utilizes trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform (e.g., Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, and cloud storage/hosting partners for server infrastructure). LEER Sports LLC shall not be held liable for security breaches, data leaks, or service interruptions originating directly from these third-party infrastructure providers.

4.Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

LEER Sports LLC is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data immediately.

5.Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You may request the complete deletion of your account and uploaded media files at any time by contacting support at support@leersports.com. Please note that transactional and billing records are retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations.

6.Limitation of Liability for Data Incidents

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEER Sports LLC, its members, managers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, interception, or loss of data resulting from factors beyond our reasonable administrative and technological control.
