Terms of Service

1.Platform Role & Relationship

LEER Sports operates strictly as a technology platform and payment processing facilitator connecting independent coaches with trainees. LEER Sports is not a party to any agreement between coaches and trainees. All coaches using the platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of LEER Sports.

2.Prohibited Content & Account Moderation

This platform strictly prohibits the upload of explicit, adult (19+/NSFW), illegal, or harmful content. Any violation will result in immediate content removal and permanent account suspension without prior notice or refund. LEER Sports reserves the sole right to review transactions, withhold payouts, or issue immediate refunds in cases of suspected fraud, system abuse, or failure to deliver coaching feedback within specified deadlines.

3.Age Restriction (18+ Only)

This service is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). The platform assumes no liability for unauthorized access or transactions by minors.

4.Payment & Refund Policy (“No Coaching, No Pay”)

• Payment Authorization: When you book a session, your payment method is authorized, not charged.
• Delivery Deadline: Your coach has 24 hours to deliver video coaching feedback. When they deliver, your payment is captured and held by LEER Sports. If the coach fails to deliver within 24 hours, the authorization is automatically canceled, and you will not be charged.
• Review & Dispute Window: Upon delivery of feedback, you have a 24-hour window to review and approve the session or initiate a dispute.
• Auto-Settlement: If 24 hours pass without a dispute being raised, the session is deemed accepted, and the funds (minus LEER Sports’ 20% platform service fee) are released to the coach.
• Non-Refundable Status: Once payment is released to the coach following approval or auto-settlement, the transaction is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. LEER Sports shall not process refunds for completed sessions post-release.

5.Medical and Injury Disclaimer

Coaching feedback provided on this platform is for informational and instructional purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. LEER Sports does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the technical accuracy or safety of any coach’s advice. Trainees assume all inherent risks associated with physical exercise. LEER Sports shall not be liable for any physical injuries, damages, or health complications resulting from reliance on coaching feedback.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEER Sports, its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall LEER Sports’ total liability exceed the total amount paid by the user to LEER Sports in the preceding six (6) months.

7.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming.

8.Privacy & Payment Data

Card details are processed securely through Stripe Connect and are never stored directly on LEER Sports servers. Coaching media and data are private and accessible only by the respective trainee and booked coach.
